Salary: £52,643 – £57,986 (FTE, Salary to be pro rata)

Northern Education Trust (NET) is a charitable education Trust with an improving track record for school improvement. The Trust sponsors 21 academies; 10 secondary and 11 primaries across the North of England in ten Local Authority regions. All NET primary academies are rated as good or outstanding by Ofsted.
In 2019, 65% of children in Key Stage 2 achieved the expected standard across our primary academies representing a 29% gain since 2016 compared with a national gain of 12%.
You will work alongside the Principal and the Senior Leadership team to ensure effective leadership is in place and by improving outcomes at Mount Pellon Primary Academy. This will be underpinned by our vision ‘We constantly focus on standards as we understand outcomes are paramount. Our decision making is driven entirely by what is best for our children. By doing this, we enhance the life chances of the children and young people in our care’.
We require a strong, inspirational leader who is an outstanding primary practitioner and who has a proven track record of raising attainment and progress. You must have the passion, drive and commitment to continue the outstanding work already achieved, working in collaboration with the Trust family of schools.
This an exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader to help shape the continuous improvements required to ensure all our pupils have access to the educational provision that they deserve. You will join a friendly and supportive team of professionals, contributing to regular networking meetings to enhance collaborative working across the Trust.
